It grants the entire investment community anonymous access to essential information until mutual interest is established. The platform upholds compliance standards and is equipped to conduct verifications, such as background checks on principals and comprehensive deep dives. Investors can explore new opportunities or present their investments for further capital raises.

Compliance & Documentation

InvestFlow is highly focused on the uniqueness, yet standardization, of information for each individual issuer. The platform onboards companies that can provide comprehensive documentation and presentations, and when possible, valuations, audits, exit strategies, and verified due diligence. Lead investors can access onboarding services for their vested companies at reduced costs to expand their reach.

Process

We begin with a value assessment, followed by an overview of the due diligence package. Issuers are not required to undergo verification to be on the platform. However, we advise you to verify the information or ensure you are comfortable handling the verification internally. We generally require a concise Offering (PPM) that must be reviewed by legal counsel and structured under proper regulatory filings, as well as the exemption filing itself.

Follow Through

We also connect clients with Broker-Dealers for securities clearance and potential participation. Oversight and reporting on company progress are supported by a value-driven process that spans from early-stage valuation through capitalization and growth. We have developed this complete process, from value determination to capitalization and first-round growth, by creating a communication and tracking system post-funding for our clients.

Most, but not all VX clients are expected to present a clear exit strategy—whether through IPO readiness, M&A potential, or projected returns. We emphasize strong ongoing corporate governance and supporting infrastructure, including legal, accounting, and internal controls. Key focus areas include quarterly financials and a detailed cap table outlining ownership and potential dilution. Investors will also be able to review the company’s legal structure, intellectual property ownership, and overall corporate health.
